| As soon as I returned from Venice and completed the year long investigation of architectural form, structure and spirit, I found that the nude studies I had left over from my previous years were lacking in something - architectural context. So I treated the nudes as I treated the 'lost color' entities, just a few weeks prior, giving them shelter, housing, an architectural space to be contained in. Several projections were combinations of early de Stijl architectural experiments of van Doesburg, while others are quite self indulgent in their architectural fantasy. |
